Beaujolais Blanc 2009

  • Soil : clay and chalky
  • Aspect : hillside

Dry and fruity, mineral. Drink it young in a year or two. Serve it for aperitif. Wine to accompany sauerkraut, fish, shellfish. Serve between 10 and 12°.

Bourgogne Blanc 2009

  • Varietal: chardonnay - raisin blanc à jus blanc -
  • Soil : clay and chalky
  • Aspect : hillside

This wine, stiring in fine sediments, give a great aromatic complexity with a honeysuckle flowered touch. Long aromatic persistance. 

Serve chill to 12° for aperitif to accompany fish, chicken with cream and cheese.

Beaujolais Rosé 2009

  • Varietal: Gamay – raisin noir à jus blanc –
  • Soil : aclay and chalky
  • Aspect : hillside
  • Vinification : soaking shorten.

Let's drink this wine young.

Wine to accompany barbecue. Serve between 10° and 12° for aperitif.

Very short fermentation (between 4 and 6 days), light and fruity wine.

Short fermentation (between 6 and 8 days). Balanced wine to accompany cooked pork meats and salads.

Beaujolais-Villages 2009

Quoted in "le Guide Hachette 2011". Powerful tannins, nice purple colour and discreet fruit flavor. 

Wine to accompany chickens, red meats, cooked pork meats. Let's serve between 14 and 16°. 

Beaujolais-Villages Vieilles Vignes 2008

  • Soil : clay and chalky
  • Aspect : hillside
  • Vinification : up to 12 days.

Matured in the cask for 10 months. Qutoed in "Guide Hachette 2011". Taste of fruits of the forest. 

Wien to accompany red meats with sauce, game animals and cheese. Serve between  16 and 18°.

Crémant de Bourgogne

Chardonnay grape, smart and delicate. Let's serve chill to aperitif and for dessert.
